We can accommodate up to 4 travelers per time slot. If you have more than 4 people needing a consultation at the same time please book 2 time slots. If you have a group of 8 or more people please contact us at [email protected]

Our clinic is open Friday mornings from 9am to noon

567 Cundles Rd E, Barrie Ontario. The clinic is located on the second floor of the Shoppers Drug Mart building. The entrance to the clinic is separate from Shoppers and is located on the right side of the building.

It is best to book your appointment 6 to 8 weeks in advance.

The consultation will take 30 minutes. The physician will review, in detail:

  • your itinerary (please ensure you bring a detailed itinerary with you)
  • immunizations (please bring your immunization record)
  • a brief review of your health, allergies and medications (please bring a list of your medications)

You will then see our registered nurse for approximately 15 minutes for your immunizations.

Yes, you will receive all recommended vaccines after your consultation. 

Travel vaccines can be grouped into routine, recommended and required. The consult with the physician will help to determine which vaccines are needed for your trip. Some vaccines are a 2 to 3 dose series while others are a single dose. 

Yes. The consultation with the physician will help to determine which travel vaccine(s) are needed for your child(ren).

The clinic accepts all major credit cards, debit, and cash. Receipts are provided with the vaccine DIN number required for you to submit to your health insurance.

The consult is $70 per person. Vaccines range anywhere from $40 to $225 per dose.

Some diseases, such as malaria and Zika, can be very serious for the pregnant traveler. Additionally, some vaccines are contraindicated during pregnancy. Specific travel needs for this population will be discussed during the consultation.

Cruise travel is very popular and your travel health needs will depend on the destinations or ports of call, as well as any planned excursions. Some cruise lines require proof of certain vaccines. The consultation with the physician will help determine if any vaccine(s) are required and/or if any documentation is mandatory.

Travelers need to bring a detailed itinerary, a list of current medications and documentation of any past immunizations.
